At QOL Veterinary, we believe in providing clear information from the start. We do not just look at a diagnosis; we take into account your pet’s individual circumstances and home environment. Our team is dedicated to offering transparent pricing, which allows you to focus fully on your pet’s comfort and well-being.
First, we’ll conduct your initial consultation. Be sure to come to our phone call with the following info:
- Pet’s name, age and approximate weight
- Pet’s current medical conditions
- Name(s) of current Veterinarian(s), hospital name and contact information
- Desired appointment date and time
- Payment information
pricing structure
In-home Quality of Life Assessment:
- $250 (a $25-50 travel fee may apply if outside of the provider’s area)
- In-home Quality of Life Assessment followed by same-day in-home euthanasia $450
- Care of Remains (private or communal cremation) incurs additional fees
Hospice care:
- Initial in-home consult and ongoing communication throughout the month- $600/month
- Additional in-home visits – $250/visit
- In-home medication injections and treatments – to be determined at the visit and discussed prior to incurring any charges
- In-home euthanasia during hospice care $450
- Care of Remains (private or communal cremation) incurs additional fees
